The mission is quite simple: bring experienced and socially responsible marketing and communication consulting and capabilities—business-to-business and business-to-consumer and broad public engagement—to companies and organizations limited by in-house resources that need to rapidly problem solve or address opportunities.


Outsource Communications operates out of Toronto, Ontario, Canada. The virtual consultancy first originated in the late 90s and at that time provided marketing and communication services and consulting to large and small, private and public-non-profit organizations in tech, retail, government and healthcare. Today, Outsource Communications has broadened its expertise and portfolio to include reputation management, social and cause marketing, and environmental stewardship; specializing in Canadian operations.

It is not a full-service marketing agency. Outsource Communications is an independent consultancy that taps into a network of subject matter expertise. Services are considered virtual because should you need local onsite help, we can travel on-site for an extra fee, or refer you to local resources depending on your location in Canada.
